GOLD BDR GRUP TRAVEL is responsible for the transportation operations, vehicle dispatch, customer communication, and service fulfillment.

3. Services

We provide private transfers, chauffeur-driven transportation, airport pickups, hotel transfers, city rides, and intercity transportation services. Service availability depends on scheduling, operational capacity, route conditions, and applicable legal requirements.

4. Vehicle Representation

Vehicle images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we aim to provide the exact vehicle displayed, substitutions may occur due to operational reasons. In such cases, a similar or higher-class vehicle may be provided.

5. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete booking information.
Inform us of special requirements such as child seats, extra luggage, or accessibility needs in advance.
Remain reachable by phone, WhatsApp, or email on the day of service.
Ensure your luggage fits the booked vehicle type.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

6. Booking & Cancellation

All bookings are confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or booking confirmation displayed after checkout. Customers must review their booking details and notify us immediately if any correction is needed.

Free cancellation: Up to 12 hours before pickup, unless otherwise stated.
Late cancellation: May incur a partial or full charge depending on operational status and driver dispatch.
No-shows: Full fare may be charged.

7. Payment & Technology

We may accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, bank transfer, cash, and other payment methods shown during checkout or booking confirmation. All prices are final unless otherwise stated.

Cash payment is available when agreed during booking.
Prepaid bookings are refundable only within the applicable cancellation rules.
Customers are responsible for checking the booking summary before completing payment.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to change vehicles, drivers, pickup timing, or operational arrangements when necessary due to maintenance, safety, availability, traffic conditions, or other operational needs.

9. Passenger Conduct

Seat belts must be worn at all times where legally required.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol misuse, or illegal substance use inside the vehicle is prohibited.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused by their actions.
Drivers may refuse service in cases of unsafe, threatening, or abusive conduct.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, accidents, road closures, weather conditions, airport procedures, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and complete the service as smoothly as possible.

11. Intellectual Property & Digital Rights

All physical service branding belongs to GOLD BDR GRUP TRAVEL. The digital content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, booking engine design, and layout, is managed by IstanbulTour24 LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GOLD BDR GRUP TRAVEL and its technology partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
